This policy explains our order verification, delivery, cancellation, and tracking process.
1. Order Placement & Accuracy
Orders can be placed at any time. Please provide an accurate delivery address and active phone number.
2. Order Verification
We may confirm an order by phone or message before dispatch.
3. Cash on Delivery Rules
For Cash on Delivery orders, the recipient must receive the parcel and pay the confirmed invoice amount.
4. Cancellation & Changes
Contact support as early as possible to request a cancellation or change. Dispatched orders may no longer be editable.
5. Tracking & Delivery
Use your order number and phone number on the tracking page to view the latest delivery status.
